hmmmm... me and 
are playing Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island to time... trying to get a real 100% run. ahhhhrgh i love my Super Nintendo.
while he was playing a level, i decided to draw Yoshi with baby Mario on his back off the tv screen, the in-game graphics are amazing.
this is what came out... 5 minutes drawing, 10 minutes or more inking, the color is made with wax crayons
the background is copied out of ZNES, probably the best SNES emulator... started the game, changed the resolution, chose a level and disabled every layer except the background... screenshot and then assembling everything in photoshop.
I'm quite satisfied, except the look of the colors... damaged by the scan. SO WHAT

One of my absolute FAVORITE games of all time. Those graphics were incredible and whimsical for their time, and it showed how much Nintendo was willing to take risks with new software. You did an excellent job despite the scan job, but it looked great regardless.
